At Gold Coast Roasters, we believe in empowering our team with the skills and knowledge to deliver the very best coffee experience. On 24th September 2025, the International Trade Centre (ITC) organized a Barista Training Program at The Kitchen.
Our sales team members, Michael and Anthony, proudly represented Gold Coast Roasters at the event. The program combined both theory and practical sessions, covering:
- The history of coffee and its global impact.
- Hands-on training in espresso preparation.
- Learning the art of latte design and presentation.
By participating, Michael and Anthony not only strengthened their barista skills but also deepened their appreciation of the craft and culture of coffee. This knowledge will help us serve our customers better and continue our mission of making Gold Coast Roasters’ specialty Ghanaian coffee a standout experience.
